Pre-registration period extended, a new guest of honour confirmed, and regional tourism is being highlighted!
Alma, July 13, 2017 – NATURALLIA 2017 informs businesses that the period of pre-registration is extended for one week. In addition, the organizers are proud to confirm the presence of a second speaker: the president of Hydro-Québec Distribution, Mr. David Murray. Also, a partnership with Tourism Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean will allow various regional tourist businesses to be highlighted within the framework of the event, during industrial visits as well as the gala.
The Steering Committee agreed that companies will benefit from an additional week for the pre-sale of passports to Naturallia. Participants receive the $250 pre-sale discount if they register by July 24, 2017! Subsequently, the cost of the passport will increase to $1,300. This passport includes up to 13 appointments B2B, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), conferences, access to the panels of experts as well as industrial visits.
A second speaker confirmed
The lunch-conference on October 18 will be hosted by none other than Mr David Murray, President of Hydro-Québec Distribution. Mr. Murray will talk about Hydro-Québec’s contribution to energy transition. As well, Naturallia can count on the presence of this partner on the renewable energies panel of experts. Regional tourism in the heart of the event
Thanks to the contribution of Tourism Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, programming of NATURALLIA 2017 will include a gala evening in the historic village of Val Jalbert, which will take place on October 18. In addition, all industrial visit circuits will include a dinner at a tourist location, to highlight regional companies that gravitate to this sector.
The region welcomes 115 convention and sporting events yearly, representing some 22,500 nights. In order that Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean remains a competitive destination for businesses, this niche requires distinctive and supported efforts. Tourism Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean established a support program funded by housing taxes, which provides aide for conducting business, sports, and congress events in the region. Thanks to this financial support these events, and hence business tourism, can materialize within the region.
